Eligibility Criteria

For Graduate Apprentices:

- 12th/Diploma – 20%
- Graduation/Post Graduation – 60%
For Diploma Apprentices:
- 10th – 30%
- Diploma – 70%
For ITI Apprentices:
- 10th – 30%
- ITI – 70%
Preference in Selection
NHPC gives preference in the following order:
- Candidates from Project Affected Families
- Candidates from the same district
- Candidates from the same state/UT
- Candidates from other states
This system ensures local candidates get priority where applicable.
Working Hours and Leave Policy
Apprentices will follow standard NHPC working hours. They are entitled to:
- Weekly holidays
- Public holidays as per company policy
Leave Benefits:
- 12 days Casual Leave (1 per month)
- 15 days Medical Leave
- 20 days Extra Ordinary Leave (if required)
